Venture II wont start but power light is on

I have a Venture II that wont start although the power light is on. I have tried to longpress the power button but the light continues to glow. Additionally, device cant be turned on. Please help me, what can I do about my notebook?

i had a similar case, i opened it and disconect the battery from the mother board, after that my venture start like before if you need some help for that there are some videos on youtube : grettings

Thank you for your patience. Please unplug the power adapter from the Venture II and then hold down the power button for about 30 to 50 seconds or until either the power light turns off or until the device boots up. If that doesn't work you may need to replace the battery with a new one.

Need power reset to shut off power light. Presently measuring battery leads at 3.99 volts. Discharging with a single led to drop battery voltage.
